Our Impact

Since 2015, VCET has trained and connected over 100 emerging & seasoned leaders across Virginia through the Virginia Progressive Leadership Program. 

VCET’s impact extends far beyond the immediate alumni who participated in the program as participants, mentors, and facilitators. It includes members of communities from the Urban Crescent to the Tidewater, nonprofit and grassroots organizations that have been led by VAPLP alumni, movement campaigns won by alumni, and the constituents VAPLP alumni serve in public office.
