What We Do
Protect Democracy
We defend and expand democratic access by fighting voter suppression, advancing election protection, and ensuring all Virginians—especially BIPOC communities—can fully participate in civic life.
Develop Leaders for Virginia
We invest in values-driven leaders through programs like VAPLP, building the skills, confidence, and networks needed to shift power and create lasting change in communities across Virginia.
Build Collective Power
We convene, lead and support a vibrant network of organizations, coalitions, and advocates working together to build people-powered movements and win progressive change statewide.
